Frequently asked questions
What counts as an AI session?
One Space conversation, regardless of how many messages. Open a Space, talk for 20 minutes, close it — that's one session.
Can I switch tiers?
Anytime. Upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the end of your billing period. No data loss either way.
What if I hit a limit?
Captures queue until the next day. AI sessions wait until next month. Nothing is lost — just delayed.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. We use the Anthropic API, which does not train on API data. Your vault, hubs, and Space conversations are yours.
Can I switch between cloud and self-hosted?
Yes. Export from cloud, import to self-hosted (or vice versa). Cloud+self-hosted sync is coming soon.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days. You can export everything as JSON at any time. After 30 days, it's truly deleted.
